Special General Meeting
I wrote to you some weeks ago regarding the Special General Meeting (SGM) of auDA members. I can now confirm that the SGM will take place in Melbourne on Friday 27 July, commencing at 10.00am. All members are encouraged to attend, either in person or via the live audio stream. A formal notice of the meeting will be issued in July.
This is an important meeting for auDA, and I look forward to briefing you more fully on the reforms proposed by the Commonwealth Government.
Communications From auDA Members
Many of you are receiving emails from auDA members regarding the SGM. You should know that two auDA members have been provided with the membership list, in accordance with auDA’s Constitution and the Corporations Act.
If you would like to be unsubscribed from their communications, please respond to those members directly.
Publication Of Minutes
The Board has formalised auDA’s policy of preparing and publishing minutes. A copy of that policy is available here.
