Following the outage experienced for registrants last week, auDA have been assured by Enetica that their Domain Name services are now fully operational.
Enetica have advised auDA; their contact form is now working, as is the domain registry functionality and customers are now able to retrieve passwords from the Enetica website. Customers can also seek support via support@enetica.com.au or the now functioning customer service number 1300 720 043, from Monday 27 March.
auDA will cease password retrieval services via the enetica@auda.org.au address effective immediately. Any requests received prior to 8 am AEDST Monday 27 March will continue to be processed.
auDA will conduct a full review of the incident and implement any necessary changes we identify, with effect across the industry.
