RSSReview of the .au Code of Practice
auDA's Code of Practice Committee is holding its annual review of the .au Domain Name Suppliers' Code of Practice (2003-09).
All auDA accredited registrars and their appointed resellers must comply with the Code of Practice, a compulsory set of principles and approaches to market conduct by the domain name industry in Australia. The Code covers issues such as:
- domain name renewal notices
- solicitations for business
- advertising and marketing
- disclosure of information
- complaints handling.
The closing date for submissions is Friday 17 September 2004 .
