2007 Names Policy Panel call for nominations

auDA invites people with an interest in Australian (.au) domain name policy to nominate for the 2007 Names Policy Panel.

The purpose of the 2007 Names Policy Panel is to:

  • review the policy framework underlying the allocation and use of domain names in the .au domain space*; and
  • provide recommendations to the auDA Board about what changes (if any) should be made to the policy framework.

The Panel is expected to commence work in March 2007. 

People who would like to nominate for the Panel should read the draft Terms of Reference and submit a completed Panel Nomination Form to auDA's Chief Policy Officer Jo Lim by email to jo.lim@auda.org.au or fax 03 9349 5711.

The closing date for nominations is Friday 26 January 2007.
